Our Full Planning Package is for the couple who wants all the help they can get! Our goal is use our decades of experience to guide you through the process and manage all the little details. We’ll be by your side from the venue search to the moment you head out for your grand exit! 

Full Planning begins 18 MONTHS out from your wedding date and includes:

  • Unlimited Communication

  • Talk through and help create the budget

  • Venue Research + Tour Coordination

  • Vendor Sourcing + Selection

  • Approve all vendor contracts prior to signing

  • Attend vendor meetings (possibly virtual at times)

  • Develop + manage wedding day timeline

  • Develop floor plan design 

  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance to their contract

  • Final walk through with venue and any vendors who wish to attend

  • Communicate all special dietary needs of wedding guests to catering team

  • Coordinate + manage one hour wedding rehearsal

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the wedding weekend for all vendors and bridal party

  • 10 hours on wedding day (includes 1 assistant). Additional hours or staffing may be requested.
