Our Full Planning Package is for the couple who wants all the help they can get! Our goal is use our decades of experience to guide you through the process and manage all the little details. We’ll be by your side from the venue search to the moment you head out for your grand exit! 

Full Planning begins 18 MONTHS out from your wedding date and includes:

  • Unlimited communication and personalized support throughout the entire planning process, including approximately 18 meetings

  • Guidance in building your wedding budget

  • Venue research + tour coordination

  • Vendor sourcing + selection

  • Review and approval of all vendor contracts prior to signing

  • Attendance at vendor meetings, in person or virtually as needed

  • A personalized wedding day timeline

  • A floor plan designed specifically for your celebration

  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with their contracts

  • A final walkthrough with your venue and any vendors who wish to join, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned

  • Communicating all dietary needs to your catering team for a flawless dinming experience

  • Coordinating your one-hour wedding rehearsal

  • Serving as the main point of contact throughout the wedding weekend for all vendors and wedding party members

  • Up to ten hours of dedicated wedding day coverage (one lead planner and one assistant included). Additional staffing hours available upon request
